"Northern Quarters" Yekaterinburg

Description

In the northern district of the city of Yekaterinburg, LEVS designed residential areas for the developer Brusnik. S&P designed the landscape with a diverse functional program and sustainable design principles:

• a varied palette of plants
• water-permeable coatings
• green roofs of both parking lots and residential blocks
• large-sized plants to prevent heating of the surfaces of the nets
• 70% soft water permeable surfaces and landscaping
