1. 6m x 9m building constructed with two bedrooms to be used by families seeking temporary living space whilst reconstructing wind damaged housing

2. One large central multifunction room to be used as a meeting space in times of disaster, DRR training venue or be used by families as additional living space if all other rooms are full

3. Wind resilient materials used: 0.38mm thick zinc roofing fastened using appropriate roofing screws

4. Male and female sanitation facilities with water connected from existing distribution network
