Description

10 m³ per day of wastewater from a hammam are treated in a HF wetland followed by a freewater system and an open buffer tank. The HF bed has 105 m² at the bottom. Design and construction supervision by AEE INTEC. The wetland was built in the frame of the project “Urbane Wachstumszentren: Urbane Landwirtschaft als integrierter Faktor einer klimaoptimierten Stadtentwicklung Casablancas”.<br><br>The aim was to treat the water for the irrigation of the plantation of the "jardin solidaire" and a vegetable garden of the adjacent school.
